conversation with a friend of mine his name is Ed Ewing.

And Ed is a community activist.

He's a great cyclist.

He works with the Cascade Bicycle Club.

He started the Major Taylor Project.

Those are 19 organizations in area of schools instead of joining a gang, kids

join a club. All different size shapes, colors, and they build these bikes. They train.

Ed trains them and then hundreds of them ride Seattle to Portland.

I had a chance to do that a year ago with these kids.

And the kids I rode with, six of them, yeah, they were the one day kids and oh my gosh I just I grabbed those

handlebars and I hung on trying to hang with those kids. Really great

athletes, really a great organization. Ed is African American, he's been an activist in this community for a long time and he has a lot to say about what's going on.

Also his friend Doc Wilson, Doc is a life coach and he has a company called Engage Now.com.
