So I was just diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, like only recently over the summer I was diagnosed.

And I've been playing with meds and I'm on a really low dose, but I'm on concerta.

I tried to add her all that wasn't really working for me.

And so I started on a really low dose of concerta.

And like my stepdaughters on like a much higher dose than I am because I'm just really low.

And then like advancing up the dosage is like I get really sensitive to side effects.

So we go we're going very incrementally slowly.

I feel like it's helping, but once I realized like once I was like,
