0:34.3	I did not. It's a little remote from the border, to be honest. We're a little far from the border for that kind of thing to work.
0:39.3	But Karen and I came home yesterday to find that the, our lovely neighbors behind us,
0:47.3	with whom we share a wall in our backyard, a fence, you might say.
0:51.3	Is it a barrier, more of a barrier?
0:53.3	Yeah, no, it's a wood fence.
0:54.7	I could say it's a fence.
0:55.8	Their dog had burrowed his way all the way under the fence and was in our backyard.
1:01.4	Oh, I see.
1:02.0	That just shows you you got to really, you got to dig deep.
1:05.1	They got to go down into the ground.
1:06.7	Or maybe it shows you that fences are not necessarily effective.
1:10.4	They're not.
1:13.0	Even a dog got to yours? So I turned to Karen and I said, I'm here by declaring a national emergency.
1:17.5	And we will, you know, we will build, we will fix this wall.
1:20.0	We will build this wall.
1:20.8	We will keep that little dog on his side of the fence.
1:23.2	So, well, let me ask, are you going to try to redirect some military construction funds? Are you hoping to make the other side of the wall pay for it?
