I got to tell you I am in Salt Lake City today. It's freezing outside. It's been lightly snowing here and there. It's a Tuesday. We're playing here tonight. I'm recording this way out in advance of posting it because we have a very busy week out ahead of us

Tomorrow we're gonna jump and play and fly out to New York City play on on Saturday Night Live, and then go home on Sunday.

So I figure I'm not going to have time to mix this thing down and record it, so I'm going to do

it now.

So hopefully there's no big shocking event between now and Monday when I post this

thing so it doesn't seem to out of date but anyway we had the best day off

ever in Salt Lake City you know if you follow my Instagram or listen to this podcast frequently you know that we like to play a little soccer on her days off.

It's kind of what we do. We organize these pickup games and we were trying to find somewhere to

do it in Salt Lake but we weren't having any luck. Instepped Ali Dave's

guitar tech who's kind of like the team captain of our day off soccer and he reached out to

Brandon the drummer from Rancid who lives here who's friendly with a bunch of people

in the Rial Salt Lake organization and he hooked us up with them and they let us go play our

little pickup game on their unbelievable brand new training facility here in town that was just it was crazy it was like two

full-size pitches in a massive warehouse building and just beautiful brand new turf pitch and just

unbelievable just it's gonna be really really hard to top we had we had a
