Hello and welcome back to the Royal Horticulture Society's gardening podcast.

As August draws to a close, the gardens here at Wisley and Surrey are looking wonderful and very lush,

thanks to alternating, brain and sun.

I'm Jenny Bowden, one of the team of garden advisors, based here in the historic laboratory building.

I also enjoy venturing out of the lab

for a good look round the garden over lunch breaks,

and I can report that in the past week,

our fabulous gardening teams have just finished

a brand new feature, our exotic garden. It's brimming with

bold foliage and hot hues. It already looks really well established and it's doing a really

great job of bringing late summer vibrancies to the rather lacklust of weather that we've had recently.
