Good morning and welcome to another exciting edition of BTL Bass Talk Live, where we are going to talk about Bass Fishing.

Recorded show today, it is the week before the week of the 4th of July.

I'm actually at home, if you listen to yesterday show, my mom had a birthday on July 1st.

And I was saying it's been a number of years since I've been home on her birthday so I said you know what I'm going to be home for my mom's I think she's 76

76 birthday on July 1st and then head up to the Bass Master Open on Lake St. Clair the following week.

So recorded show, so while we're recording this, it is actually during the BPT stop on the James River, one of the stops that I've been really looking forward to watching

Fish a couple opens.

They're a very dynamic fishery with a lot of different options. And if you know how that format works you know the first

two qualifying rounds you have group A and group B and then they have an off day in

between the two groups this year before a lot of format changes go into effect next year,

but one of the cool things is there's a lot of guys who travel with their families.

And it's, this is cool what I'm about to bring in because I remember when I started

fishing with Freddie and we fish fishing ships and we'll never forget the time he

called a four-card straight to win it for us and it actually cost us about 10 grand but hey

I'm not some stuff I mean it's the Fish and Ships championship but back but back then I remember

he has Jackson and Avery, his two boys.
