And, you know, basically I was posting some stuff on Instagram, and one of the guys sent me his gym,

because I was talking about doing an outreach program with some teenagers in my area, and he sent it to me.

And I figured it would be kind of an idea or maybe you're not an instructor.

Maybe you're just someone that would like to facilitate some sort of thing that could help people around.

Because for me, you know, with all the craziness going on as far as like, you know, protests and, you know, everybody's screaming at each other and all this stuff on both sides.

For me, I'm kind of one of these guys where I'm like, okay, like, you guys can scream at each other all you want to. I'm going to be like, what can I do? Right? That's my

whole thing. It's like, what can I actually do to make the situation better? Because, again,

there's a lot of, to me, when I look at, there's a lot just like diet. People like they we like simple solutions to

incredibly complex problems. And there's just no simple solutions to this stuff. But one of the

things that to me I look at and I see that, you know, young kids, a lot of times they grow up

without male role models. Like this is really bad with young boys, young boys and teenagers

no strong men, fathers, whatever, as a kid that grew up without a strong father relationship.
