0:11.5	We are talking today about the erogenous zones. Have you ever heard of that? Do you even know what that is?
0:18.0	I'm sure you have experienced it to some degree or another. But what is so cool about being a woman is that our turn-on zones are not just in one area of our body. They are all over our bodies. And God was extremely and outlandishly generous with nerve endings when it comes to his girls. And so he created us women with amazing
0:39.9	capacity for pleasure head to toe. And this is what this episode is all about. I tell you about 10

1:23.6	really fun times here in these short little episodes where we are diving deep by celebrating
1:29.0	and educating because too often in our church cultures we don't talk about the body. We don't talk
1:36.0	about sexuality and we definitely don't talk about the feminine body in a way that helps us celebrate
1:41.5	it. We instead live more in the realm of shame. And so my hope is that I can
1:47.1	continue to grow in my journey and that's what I'm doing. And I want to bring you into that process
1:51.7	so that you can also grow. If that's where you want to grow, let's grow together because we are
1:56.4	understanding more about our bodies so that we can engage more with our bodies in marriage and
2:01.3	celebrate more with our bodies and not just see sex as a duty or another thing on our
2:05.9	to-do list or a place of shame or pain or just ignorance and kind of going through it blindly
2:11.8	and absent-mindedly. But we can really focus on it and we can celebrate what God has made.
