doctor Cory the Angelus. Yeah I'm not a real doctor though I'm more like a Jill Biden doctor.

Yeah but that's better than a medical I don't trust medical doctors anymore they've been lying to

us too much uh so I'll take it. Cool thanks and then uh my co-host on this show he's out today but

he's uh he is an honorary doctorate which is not real by the way uh so you're you're um definitely

more of a doctor than he is. I'll take it yeah PhD in education policy um where I mostly studied

the effects of school choice program so we should talk a little bit about. Yeah so uh just to

introduce the audience to who the fuck you are uh you're the national director of research at

the American Federation of Children uh executive director for educational freedom institute in an

adjunct scholar at Cato Institute as well as a senior fellow at the Reason Foundation but your

primary work over the last couple of years has been in school choice now explain to our listeners

what that means school choice because I'm not sure everybody knows. Yeah I've actually started

to talk about it in terms of funding students as opposed to systems allowing your children's

education dollars to follow them to wherever they get an education it could be the public school

or the government run school but if not for whatever reason that money would follow the child to

a charter school or a private school or even some type of home-based learning option including

micro schools or pandemic pods so basic concept of having the money follow the child just like we do
