I hope that your Monday was awesome.

I felt really called to jump on here the night before, like owns the place launches. As you guys know,

my new book is coming out tomorrow morning. So exciting. So filled with so many different

emotions. And, you know, I've been doing so much promotion around this book, really just

trying to get this message across to as many women as possible and to connect with

as many women as possible on a real true level.

And I just got off of a couple of Facebook lives that I did for a couple of teams tonight.

And I noticed that there was one theme inside the book that has been coming up again and again

and again.

And it's something that we

would assume would be the easiest thing in the world to do, which is being our true selves.

And that seems like it has been the most challenging thing for women to be comfortable doing.

And I totally and completely get it because for so much of my life, I questioned who I was.

I questioned the way that I showed up in the world.

I felt like I had to feel small around certain people, shrink myself around certain people,

you know, make apologies for being me. And I had an experience today where I was

meeting with someone and the woman that I met with is somebody that I respect greatly. She's
