Ever since I was a child, I could feel, here, and sometimes see things.

My mom is very understanding and familiar with the paranormal.

She has been someone who understands and someone I can turn to when things get scary,

annoying, or if something new happens.

I have now met with a couple of mediums who have told me that I am sensitive and that I can

hone my skills to do what they do if I so choose.

They said I shouldn't be scared and that I am a bright light that will naturally draw so many things to me, including things that are no longer on the same realm as we are now, or never were to begin with.

When I was in middle or late elementary school, I used to wake up multiple times a week to someone

saying my name and telling me to wake up.

Ellie, Ellie, wake up.

I would wake up thinking someone was in my room, needing me for some reason.

The voice would vary from someone I didn't recognize, or it would be in my mom's voice.

One night it was my mom telling me to wake up in that sing-song voice mom's

used to gently wake up their children.

I opened my eyes and she wasn't there.

The door was shut and nothing new was in my room.

So the next morning I asked her, were you in my room last night after I went to bed?
