Hey everyone welcome back to the podcast this episode is going to be for the real fans of this show I want to talk about the survey that I sent out on episode 100 asking for your feedback about the podcast what what you like, what you'd like to see more of, and what can be improved.

back from a vacation and I thought I'd

give you a little update because I think some of my perspectives on things have changed over

So for example, I didn't really run that much while I was on vacation.

I think I went for two four mile runs and I did a mile of easy running and drills and strides

on the beach, barefoot.

So I had a little bit of fun with doing that and I think if this were 10 years ago I would have a big mental block about skipping my training and not getting in a lot of running.

And you know this is not something I planned.

I went to vacation, you know, I brought two pairs of shorts and my running shoes and I fully was committed to running much more consistently

than you know twice a week like I did. But I realize that while I'm on vacation I really need to prioritize different things.

I wanted to spend more time with my children and my wife and more time with my other extended

family that we were staying with.

And it was also really hard getting up at,
