I've got a story to tell, I'm going to save it to later just because I think it's not going to be for everybody.

Okay, okay, okay. There's some quite intense bodily stuff in it.

Right, so I just want to, you know, if you do enjoy that kind of thing,

we'll get going as usual. because I think a lot of people just

drop off yeah by which I mean either turn off the podcast after a while or literally drop off

to sleep so chances are you'll never hear it anyway. A couple of things to start with that have happened to me this week.

Firstly, I just wanted to talk about going from feeling like a hero to feeling shame and I think the quickest amount of time,

the shortest amount of time that's ever happened to me.

So I was on the London Underground the other day,

I got off at the station, and walking towards the stairs,

and I can see a few people ahead of me

is a dad with a pram and nobody is helping him.

Now, you know, when I'm out with the pram I think I have like this pleading look on my face where people feel obliged to help me.

Okay. But I thought I'm going to be a real hero here. Nobody's helped him. I'm going to go up from behind.

I'm going to say, you want a hand with that mate?

I don't usually say mate.
