Summary

In Today’s episode we are going to talk about a missing person’s case that led to the convergence of three governments. A lack of treatises meant a lack of communication and the escape of a possible killer. Until one year later a body is found...but it is not the body of the missing woman. This murder reinvigorates the hunt for the man who had been able to elude the Canadian police due to technicalities. But still this case will end in a mystery.
