| 0:00.0 | Hey friends, thanks for coming back for another episode of heaven in your home. This is Francie Winslow. |
| 0:14.1 | And today we're going to talk about five principles or five transformational habits so that you can see more of heaven in your home and |
| 0:23.7 | specifically heaven in your marriage. I had spoken about this topic in a previous episode where I talked |
| 0:30.3 | about the power of sewing intentionally into your marriage, sewing good seeds, because everything in |
| 0:35.5 | life really does come down to that reap and sew principle. |
| 0:38.8 | We see it across the board, whether it's at work or in your parenting or in the way you eat |
| 0:43.5 | or in how you care for your body or in how you care for relationships. |
| 0:47.5 | What you sow, you reap. |
| 0:50.1 | And it's the same thing. |
| 0:51.5 | And our habits are what change us from hoping to have a good marriage to |
| 0:56.3 | actually growing a great marriage. And I spoke about it in the previous episode as well, that one of |
| 1:03.1 | the most dangerous assumptions we can have is just because we're good people, that we're going to have a good |
| 1:06.8 | marriage. I believe that God wants to see you fully alive in your marriage and not only |
| 1:12.4 | fully alive, but fruitful and multiplying, filling the earth with his glory, being on the |
| 1:18.6 | offense with your marriage, and seeing transformation, the kingdom of God coming in you and |
| 1:24.3 | through you. None of that happens when we're flailing around carelessly living |
| 1:30.2 | without intention. I believe the fullness of God comes when we live a yielded life, when we live |
| 1:36.9 | our lives pursuing wholeness and consumed with worship. That also doesn't happen accidentally. |
| 1:41.8 | It happens when we purposefully and intentionally and willingly open our lives to God and set up disciplines in our lives so that we can grow and we can be trained and disciples. |
| 1:53.5 | And in the same way, I want to see our marriages trained and disciples so that they can bear good fruit so that we can be like the special forces of God's army where we say, |
| 2:04.1 | yes, Lord, we're ready, we're ready to serve, we're ready to be used by you, we're ready to be |
| 2:09.1 | offerings for you because we have stewarded our time and stewarded our mouths and our relationship |
