1:07.4	issue she's having with her puppy, Rebel. I would like some help. I've got a five-month-old Romanian puppy.
1:14.4	He's just a typical pain in the backside puppy.
1:17.8	But, you know, so far being easy to train.
1:20.6	But I have noticed that he is a bully.
1:25.7	And what I mean by that is he plays very well with puppies of his own size, but when he sees
1:33.8	a smaller dog who clearly is submissive or shy, he will go and stand on top of them, nip their
1:42.3	faces, nip their ears, and he just will not stop, even if I pull
1:48.8	him off and we do a timeout and we'll keep doing it unless I leave the park. To stop this,
1:54.8	should I get him castrated? Or do I have to do a specific training to stop it? Will it get worse or is it just a puppy thing?
