I'm good I believe we have found the good spot to do our first our first recording.

I am on my closet floor and where are you? I am sitting on my daughter's floor in her

bedroom while she is sleeping in my bedroom. Nice. So how are you doing today? I am having one of those days I would say it's not really a vulnerability hangover.

I think it's just more of the getting used to putting an opinion out in the world

and getting a fair amount of feedback, not all of it.

I'm very kind.

I was published on for my first time ever putting a piece outside of my own blog I was

published on XO Jane which I don't know I mean would you consider exo Jane to be a big publication or I don't I

really don't even know how it falls I don't know who reads it or how many people read it.

Yeah, I think it's somewhere in the middle, you know.

I was published as well last week and realized I had no idea who who reads it either.

Right, right.

And yeah, I mean my experience with it was I just I was actually a little I don't know I feel maybe slightly naive

Or I don't know exactly what it is I've actually you know for as for as loud and

outspoken as I've been about you know with a different point of view on

addiction I've actually enjoyed relatively little terrible feedback.

There's been a couple of pieces of hate mail and I've gotten some nasty comments on my own stuff,

but I feel like I've been in some kind of bubble and then yesterday when this is published I just was I guess I was pretty a little like punched in the gut by by some of the comments that were so deeply
