I seriously love doing this I know it's so fun it is a blast and it's really cool to

hear how people are being affected by this I think that's one of my favorite things.

I go and I kind of see some of these rates and reviews.

I'm like, and I'm reading some of the reviews,

and it's just cool to see how people all over the country,

all over the world are tuning in, whether or not they're walking through tragedy.

It's like they're using this as a way to train for the trial they're not yet in.

Like what are the tools that we can have in our life as we are maybe getting ready for a season of pain?

Because you never know when that's going to happen.

It's just the common denominator for life.

Yeah, I feel like there's no better way to train than hearing from other people who have experienced pain.

So understanding what has helped them through.

So I love this podcast.

It's cool because it brings a lot of purpose to our pain to kind of feel like we can be in some ways

a guide for people or a coach and really help people

as they're navigating through it.

We're not experts for sure.
