I know you'll love your coffee. You've seen the title of the show,

and you know that I have given up coffee.

And it feels like a logical progression after talking about how impactful reducing my alcohol

consumption was to then adjust the other thing that has had the biggest impact on my health

in a positive way, and that's putting caffeine. Just like alcohol having been an occasional

thing for me, I didn't have a daily coffee. In fact, I drank half-calf about five times a week,
