It was our annual user conference in Arizona last week, in Scottsdale, a part of the country I hadn't been to. It was lots of fun. Got to meet some cool people, talk to some interesting people, including Fred Reicheld, who's the creator of NPS, who's come on board with Medalia as an advisor, which was super cool.
