I'm doing okay. How are you?

Good. You're doing okay, huh? It surprises me given Andrew Sullivan announced that blogging is dead this week.

No, no, no, no. He didn't announce while he was dead. He announced he was leaving his blog,

which provoked all kinds of people to say that blogging.

Andrew Sullivan said blogging is dead, Ben. Come on. Get with the meme.

No, actually, well, I mean, as long as we're going to jump right into it.

Obviously, I wrote a piece this week saying that blogging is not dead.

And, you know, in which I posited a lot of things that I've posited a bit over time.

You know, for people who come for the strategic analysis, I apologize.

This is my one thing I will continue to get on my soapbox about because I think it's important.

And a lot of the themes I talked about the fact that there is a real authenticity

that comes to from the kind of the one person blog.

And it was actually echoed by Sullivan himself.

I mean, he also linked to the Azure Klein piece that I linked to, which, which quite frankly, really

irritated me. I was really mad when I read it. I continued to be mad. When I wrote

the blogging's bright future originally, I was pretty harsh on it. Then I went back and

edited it and made it a little less harsh. Why did it make you mad? Well, well, the reason it made me mad is because, well, maybe we

should start there. We'll start with Azure Klein's piece. So Azure Klein is someone who I very much,

for a long time, I kind of, what's the phrase, there but for the grace of God go I?

This was the opposite, like there, but for the lack of hustle, go I.
