You know, hey, I want my job or else I'm going to die on the spot. One could say it's inopportune timing. I think it is actually opportune timing. Another Sam could say it's an opportunity. It's like, hey, can I please do my job back? No, you can't. I'm dying. Please, to stop this,

stop me dying, giving my job back. That's the only way. I 26 male have cystic fibrosis and I had

to get double lung transplant last year. Wow. I didn't even know that was...

He has two sets of lungs now. Because of the long recovery and COVID, I haven't been able to work in a long time.

I used to work in a grocery store and I decided to ask for my part-time job back. Working there was my only hope because it's flexible and its walking distance. That's good.

I can't drive anymore because of seizures, although I've only had a few of them and I take meds

to control them. I walked over to the store, looking my best, and ready to talk to my old manager.

Everything felt so surreal and bright. I figured that I was just getting nervous and emotional

about being there after so long. Right away, near the front of the store, I saw an old coworker and she recognized me. She asked me how I've been and I tried to answer, but then my brain started shutting down. Oh, no. For some reason, I touched her chest. WTF is wrong with me. I don't think you can put that on yourself, OPE. No, dude. I I mean, you were season, man. You know, I don't think, although that, like, in that split second looks terrible on you, you're not at fault here. Yeah, of course. I mean, like, like, Carpe Diem. Seize the day. Seize the titty, you know, what's tomato tomato? That's bad. Then I grabbed her arm and i fell backwards i hit my head on the concrete

floor and started seizing really badly my god everyone in the whole store surrounding me many that i

knew called one one two which i guess is nine one one and wherever this is being written over this

my head was bleeding i was puking and choking and worst worst of all, I lost control of my bladder. Oh,

this poor guy. Oh, no. I was wearing these tan khaki pants. So it was very noticeable. That is

literally the worst pair of pants possible. That is the most noticeable. This sucks, bro. Oh, my

God. The piss just got all the way down into my shoes. Good God.

When I finally came to, the paramedics were cutting off my shirt in the middle of the store.

My chest is extremely messed up with the scars and I have a J-tube.

Everyone looked at me like an alien.

I was so embarrassed in trying hard not to break down.

They were trying to ask me questions and I pretty much played dead until I got in the ambulance.

There went my one potential job. I'll never go back there again. I'm all right. I'm just feeling defeated and mortified.
