2:50.4	Beef prices are up because beef now is cattle ranchers not only had to suffer through droughts,
2:57.7	but they are also now faced with a crisis of what the return on the actual product will be on the long term.
3:03.8	Beef prices are at an all time high.
3:07.3	And while that's good for the rancher, the concern everybody has is if that price falls, then they go upside down if they grow their hurts too high.
