And I was initially hesitant to include it because I didn't want to gross people out. I didn't want to share TMI. I didn't want to

exclude people who can't relate to these things. But as I began to talk to other women about this, I realized how under-discussed the topic of our

hormones is and how so many of us really didn't have a good grasp on the way that our hormones change our bodies over time
