1:46.7	And, you know, housing prices are up, interest rates are up, insurance is expensive, taxes are high.
1:53.2	And there's all these things and all this heavy stuff to start thinking about five kids, where are they going to go to school. I don't know the
2:03.5	area that we're moving to super duper well, but I've got to choose where to live and I've got to
2:10.4	choose my house before we get there. And I'm going to have to spend way more money than I've
