crazy. And I still have so many things to say. What are we talking about today? So I did my first

Peloton ride that I've done in a long ass time.

And it was good. Obviously, after I finish, I feel so good. But literally, just the warm up kills me.

And I feel like, like halfway through the warm up, I'm like, oh my God,

I can't do it. And I like the beginning of the, of a workout is always the worst because your body is

in shock. Like in shock. My, my legs were like, um, what are you doing? Uh, no, we don't do this. And for me, I find the heavy breathing,

like the cardio part of it is not as hard as the way my muscles feel. It's hard to explain.

But anyways, I did the first one today. I did it in the middle of the day.

And ideally, what I would like to do is set my alarm for like five in the morning and get up,

have coffee, wake up, do my Peloton or a workout, a yoga class, whatever, because we have
