there's just a heaviness in this world right now, and that heaviness is anxiety.

And today, since I've seen so many people talk about this particular subject, I decided to cover

anxiety, particularly. Yes, anxiety, light where it marries, we're all going through it. And

even the best of us, you know, even with these strong relationships and the prayer, it still

happens to us. So I'm going to start off with Philippians 4-6. Do not be anxious about anything,

but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.

And there's many, many verses, and I dug up a lot of these last night that cover anxiety,

because they knew that this is something we're going to be dealing with. So we can find peace

and comfort through Scripture that promises us hope and the future. Fear, anxiety, or all weapons

of Satan to keep us from experiencing the full life that God has for us. These emotions can

overwhelm us and often paralyzes, which we're seeing in many situations where some people just

don't want to get out of bed. You know, we can start today by taking these simple steps towards

living that full, free life, free of that anxiety, and it all starts with that relationship with God

and with our prayer. And I actually found one prayer that I'm just going to say real quick

...
