Shannon Perkins and she tells her birth stories. And it's just fun. I love birth story

episodes. They are one of my favorites. Obviously, I love birth work. If I work as a doula and

so it was just cool hearing her stories and just how everything unfolds so differently

for every single person. Her plan did not go according to the plan she wanted, but she's

still ended up having empowering births either way. So definitely go back and listen.

Today we have on Dr. Mona Della Hook. And I'm really excited to talk to her because it's

all about childhood psychology. What's actually happening in a child's mind when they are

throwing a tantrum. And yeah, this episode's just right in line with my life right now

with 18-month-old who has a new sense of independence and really wants to have things

her way really is experiencing big emotions. So I ask her lots of questions because we're

figuring it out as we go, just like everybody else and so we're like, wait, this is new.

What do we do about this? So it was really good to talk to her.
