Hello and welcome to Let's Talk About It. This is your host Taylor and I hope that you all

0:09.6

are taking care of yourselves. I hope that you are excited coming into this episode. We

0:15.2

are going to be talking about a topic that we have never talked about on the podcast before.

0:20.6

And introducing you all to a lovely, lovely human that I really hope that you guys go

0:26.0

and check out and follow her work and support her because she's amazing and I'm so thrilled

0:31.8

to share her with you all. Before we get into our topic of the day, which is going to be pelvic

0:36.8

for therapy, I do want to do a little bit of a check-in because there's a lot of things happening,

1:36.7

book. I highly recommend where self-compassion is broken down into three components. First is kindness,

1:43.4

second is mindfulness and the third is common humanity. So in beating yourself up and going

1:51.3

through a shame's spiral, remember be kind to yourself. You are a good person. Mindfulness,

2:00.7

this is really hard right now. You're feeling stressed out. Common humanity,

2:07.0

you are not alone. Many people struggle with this. This is not unique to you.

2:13.6

And just see how that feels. Just say that internally. If you feel like you can't believe it internally,

2:22.8

speak that shit. Okay. There are so many times where I'm driving and I end up just talking to

2:29.8

myself or I'm walking or I'm like doing my skincare and I just end up talking to myself.
