doing pretty consistently that has actually helped me feel quite good.

And I know sometimes affirmations, and this episode we will get a bit more into mental

But I know sometimes affirmations feel a little like fru fru fruely, you know, like, oh,

what's it really doing?

But I have found myself for many months now in a scarcity mindset.

And I've unpacked, you know, how that is a consequence of white supremacy.

And if I want to be anti-racist, if I want to, you know, unpack the messaging that I've

internalized throughout my life, that I have to step away from a scarcity mindset.

So when I've started to feel that kind of like, you know, like, a lot of money is going

out, like, oh, you know, just stressing about money, stressing about, you know, just community,

Just feeling like things are scarce.

Like I'm going to lose things are like, dude, like there's not enough of things, right?

Like there's not enough energy.
