Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

to know what's real and what's BS.

On Biteback, my goal is to help listeners create a pleasurable relationship with food,

0:35.3

their body, and themselves, which in my opinion is the

2:10.8

time on social media. Social media and phones are not going anywhere. So it's kind of unrealistic to think, well, when my kids are teenagers,

2:20.3

they're just not going to be on their phone at all. You know, I'm not going to allow them to have a

2:24.4

phone. We get into that. And I ask her specifically, you know, if you had teens right now,

2:30.4

what would your boundaries with regard to the cell phone and social media be for them?

2:36.3

So she explains that. And Milo is three and a half. And I'm already thinking about when he's a

2:42.3

teenager and wants a phone, like what is the appropriate age for kids to have phones? And oftentimes,

2:50.0

we as parents want kids to have phones for safety reasons.
