the UFC and she has done so many amazing things. Her story is very powerful and I really

love talking to her. It makes me want to take a jujitsu class which I don't think that would

be a pretty sight but it was so much fun talking to her. I was like, oh my gosh, this lady

is a beast. She trained so hard core. She's so motivating and I can't wait to continue to

about adoption. I'm like, Fido, we have to adopt all of the babies in the world and it's

awesome when I hear those stories. I feel like if you have a heart for adoption or wanting

to help kids, they should just really pursue that and look into ways to maybe get involved

in fostering in your area. I again, I'm excited for this episode so we're going to go ahead
