0:16.1

for this week's episode. We have Kat Zingano on and she was the first mom to fight in

the UFC and she has done so many amazing things. Her story is very powerful and I really

love talking to her. It makes me want to take a jujitsu class which I don't think that would

0:36.7

be a pretty sight but it was so much fun talking to her. I was like, oh my gosh, this lady

0:42.1

is a beast. She trained so hard core. She's so motivating and I can't wait to continue to

0:48.1

watch her in her career and in her fights and what she's doing. If you're listening, make

0:53.3

sure that you're subscribed so you can stay along for all the changes that are going to

0:57.5

be coming. You can stay updated on the episodes that are going to be released. Follow us on

by Elizabeth Joy. If you didn't listen to last week's episode, we had Corey Robertson

1:12.4

on and it was such a great episode. She is from the duck dynasty but we dive into family,

1:19.7

into faith and then adoption which always gets me going every single time I talk to somebody

1:26.9

about adoption. I'm like, Fido, we have to adopt all of the babies in the world and it's

1:34.4

awesome when I hear those stories. I feel like if you have a heart for adoption or wanting

1:38.5

to help kids, they should just really pursue that and look into ways to maybe get involved

1:44.4

in fostering in your area. I again, I'm excited for this episode so we're going to go ahead

1:49.7

and dive into it. All right, everyone. I have Kat Zingano here and I'm super excited to

1:54.2

talk to her. Fun fact about my family that you guys may not know is that every single weekend
