Some of you may know them as the host of the Big Honker podcast, others as the men behind Stanfield hunting outfitters, Mr. Jeff Stanfield and Mr. Andy Shaver.

What's good down there in Knox City, Texas, guys?

We are 25 days away from September 1, Texas.

That will be dove season, which is a Texas holiday, opening day of dove season.

So that's what we're looking forward to.

Not much longer. And ready for some cool weather i got to tell you the north wind blew the other day and it was gorgeous outside

i'm so rare and it was nice to go outside a couple days ago even the last few nights and not just feel

the humidity and sweat on your back at 10 o'clock

at night. So that's been, that means it's coming. I don't know. It will probably go back to being,

you know, 100% humidity in the next few days, probably right before we go up to North Dakota.

Now, I thought you've been vacation in this whole time. What are you what are you talking about?

Well, I know, I was on the beach. Well, I was on the beach last week. I was in Destin and that was nice. We had a good time with the, with the family and the kids. One last little breather before before the grind gets here. It's coming.

How has retirement been?

How has retirement from baseball been?

Oh, man.

Same as everybody else is playing baseball right now.

Yeah, yeah.
