Welcome back to the Miraculous Momma's podcast. I'm your host Elizabeth Joy and we believe in

empowering women through storytelling and education. Today I am so excited about our episode.

You guys, I'm just every single week. I'm blown away by our guests. It's so much fun to

connect with moms to learn, to grow. Last week we had Hunter Clark Fields on to talk about

parenting and I would just listen back to that episode and it was so good. I just want to like

hang out with her and get wisdom from her because she's just she's been through it and she

has just created an awesome mindful parenting community and it's more about like doing the work

yourself in yourself that reflects outward to your children and I'm just so fascinated by that

because our kids are mirrors to us. They're going to bring out the good, the bad, the ugly, the

beautiful and it's our job to do that work to end generational patterns that aren't healthy and

to create new ones that are and to help set our kids up to to learn how to be mindful themselves.

So it's definitely something I have to work on. I'm excited to take her courses. Make sure you guys

birth story in a while and so many people who listened to the podcast sent me a Elizabeth

Parsons profile and Instagram. They're like, you have to get this lady on your podcast. So I reached

out to her and she got back to me and I'm so grateful for her coming on because she just gave birth

three weeks ago. She has other children and I'm like, wow, you are killing it and she made time

to come on the podcast and to join us and she has such an awesome story. Just a heads up, there was

one point during the interview where her rooster was kind of crowing and I couldn't really tell what
