hired, you go through initial end dock, you go through about a month of simulator training,

and you get your type rating. You get passed on to start flying on the line, flying a real

And when they start you doing that, they don't just throw you out there with some schmucketele like me.

They put you with somebody that is trained who is a line check airman.
