My children are refusing to take care of me in my old age.

Here we are. The arbiters of moral judgments. We have arrived. We have arrived and we're ready to judge you severely. I have three children, Jason, 25 male, Monica, 30 female, and Veronica, 32

female. I've always had a good relationship with my children,

a bit more distant after my wife died. But in general, we have a nice relationship. I received a hefty

inheritance from my parents who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. This inheritance is not

only a product of my parents' work, but money that has been in my family for decades. So it is

expected of me to try to save as much of the inheritance for my children and so on. It's also important to mention that in my culture, that children are supposed to take care of their parents and their old age, which honestly, I feel like that should be in all cultures. It really should be, though. Yeah. Like my parents definitely want me to take care of them. Yeah. They're getting out on the streets.

Sorry, mom and dad. Both my mom and dad suffered from diseases that required 24-7 care by the end of their life.

This disease runs in the family, so most likely I will suffer from one of them too. A few months ago,

I made an offhand comment about going to the doctor for my

annual revisitation since my health has been not so great. I said, has anyone talked about who I will live with when I'm old and wrinkly? Which is like a cute way to kind of bring it up.
