Today, Joe Otto is out.

Joe filled in for me when I was sick earlier this week,

so I figured I'd return the favor and give him a day off as well.

named Pat Welsh and he is a retired major in the Dayton, Ohio Police Department.

He spent 26 years on the force, and nowadays he focuses time on his legal practice,

he's a lawyer, as well as training police officers, today's officers using the experiences that he learned on the job.
