This week this weekend following these tragic shootings which over 30 lives were lost between two different shootings in El Paso Texas and Dayton Ohio we know that this is a is a national tragedy that's happened way too many times.

That every time it happens we're shocked all over again and what do we do we want to lash out because we're sad we're angry we're concerned we're worried.

And the only thing we know to do is express ourselves in the best way we know how and sometimes that can come out saying well I want to offer thoughts and prayers and I still can tend there's nothing wrong with saying that.

I don't really need you thinking about me I like it when you pray for me thinking about me not going to do me a whole lot of good but I do believe in prayer so there's nothing wrong with that even though there's a lot of attacks out there but.

There's more to it and I know that there's frustration out there because everybody and I don't care how conservative you are everybody out there you have this.
