0:40.3	So I have a special guest, Leanne Patrick. Leanne is a widow and a mom and a former client of
0:47.7	mine. I always love it when clients keep in touch with me and tell me what's going on in their lives.
0:52.9	And Leanne has been sending me updates.

0:58.6	So it's been a while since we worked together.
1:00.5	But she's been sending me updates.
1:02.5	And in December, she sent me an update.
1:05.5	And I knew how hard she'd been working toward this goal.
1:09.1	And so it was so exciting for me to see it finally come to
1:12.6	fruition, which was her getting her house ready to sell and selling it. I want her to tell you all
1:19.7	about that journey, but listen when I say, it was no joke. Her husband was, we'll say a collector.
1:28.6	She would probably have another phrase for that.
1:31.0	But so much stuff around her house, such a large property.
1:36.0	A son that really wasn't all that supportive of her wanting to part with any of that stuff.
1:40.4	A daughter with her own challenges.
1:42.5	Leanne was a full-time teacher.
