Oh my goodness, bringing you a new system. I'm so excited. I love it when, you know, there's all kinds of

things to talk about on here. Like this podcast is literally how we learned to not be pulled in all

directions, which means we talk about things that keep us pulled in all directions from our marriages to our home to our children,

And y'all know I am a big fan of this whole fundamental needs system, right, which is

fundamental needs from my list of my great eight is to move my body, it's to work out. And that

has looked in different seasons of my life. And when COVID hit, I was like in a groove at my gym. And I was kind of feeling this feeling like,

okay, I'll hang tight and I'll do their workouts from home because I love working out there.

And then it just wasn't working out. Not to mention my business was really ramping up.

And now I've got kids at home and like,

how am I going to carve out two hours a day to like by the time I get the stuff ready,

I get to the gym, I do the workout. I get back in the car. I come home and then I like rinse off

shower, make myself presentable. Like I just couldn't find a time. Plus then things just went

wonky and I couldn't even go. And then I

just got in a lull. And quarantine, pandemic, all the things lasted is still lasting. Who knows?

And I was like, enough is enough. Like this is enough. I can't just keep prolonging working out, whatever that looks like.
