You know what? I never really encourage people to do this, but I want to encourage you

someone who brought our rating down. We have nothing but five star ratings on Apple Podcasts.

The reason the reason they gave was half the show is commercials. And I thought we do a

minute podcast. 60 seconds at the very beginning. We're not Joe Rogan here. We don't take 10

minutes to to scream at you about about products supplements. Now every now and then I'm a

commercial. I am. I'm a Steve is billboard. All you ever have to do is look in the peanut

gallery and see whatever Steve is wearing. And normally he's wearing our merch, which we

encourage you to go by today. He's got our buddies, the Tejas brothers, which you know, we believe
