And I think this is the first time we ever had to move or cancel a show because of illness. I could not get out of bed yesterday. So I want to apologize to our audience. And, you know, it's funny for our listeners, you want to peek behind the curtains a little bit.

We just started to do the recording a couple, like, you know, 15, 20 minutes ago at my apartment,

which is just down the street from our office.

And there's just,fully there was a jackhammer

that just started going right as we were starting to record so I had to walk to the office anyway so

I'm on our we have a secret recording studio on a different floor so I can record without having to

run into any of our staff members and give them wherever the hell it is I have right now.

And I am at my dad's house right now, so there will almost definitely be some dog noises in the background.

So we're being very real on this episode, I would say.

Well, yesterday, instead of watching Stranger Things or something, I was actually listening to the Supreme Court oral arguments from earlier this week.

Most of our listeners probably at this point have listened to our Sunday episode of Regressives where we did about an hour on the affirmative action cases before the court.

And I thought it was really fascinating.

episode, actually. So Gorsuch in the oral arguments asked about the holistic emissions process

at Harvard and how it was used in the 20s against Jews, which is something that we talked about

on our podcast.
