Welcome back for another episode of reality life with Kate Casey.

Hope that you are well relaxed that you have tremendous plans for the holiday. I know that you deserve it and I hope

that I am finding you happy as can be. Now typically on Saturdays I do an episode

where I'm interviewing a guest and this episode I thought I would do

something different since it's the end of the year and this is the first year that I've

implemented the Saturday episodes I thought I would kind of go over some of the episodes and

why they were so poignant to me and also kind of give you the backstory. So if you're a newer

listener you may not know a little bit more of my own story and why I began the series. So first, I began the Saturday episodes because I thought to myself over the course of all these years I ask my guess such personal questions and maybe if

people know a little bit more about me they'll understand why I ask the questions that I do and really also the lens that which I look at life

because I feel like everybody has a personal story and the way that you look at life is

really shaped by the life experiences that you've had and also the people

that have encircled you in your life beginning with your own parents. If you really start at that

foundation I think you can really understand somebody in a new in a different way,

especially if somebody doesn't necessarily have the political ideology that you have,

or maybe they have a completely different way of looking at parenting or
