And maybe it has happened, but it's not widely known, and I seriously doubted.

But if a black man, even in law enforcement, ever choked a white man to death. Now, let's take away law enforcement. It's just a

regular old black man who chokes a white man to death. I don't care if that white man is homeless,

if he's struggling with mental illness, if he's violent. Any black man that chokes a white man to death is going to jail, is going to prison,

at the very least is going to have a mandatory minimum he has to serve,

which is part of what is so incredibly frustrating that Daniel Penny, a white man in his 20s,

choked a black man to death on the New York subway train, was charged, which many of us were glad to see.

We fought for this.

Was charged.

Then acquitted, which also is not surprising.

The charge is what was surprising.

Was acquitted, which is disgusting.

But then brought to a college football game to celebrate with Donald Trump.
