Hey everybody, Tom Woods here. Bob Murphy's with me. We're going to be talking about a topic

Bob recommended. And it involves this. In the age of Trump so far, we're getting a lot of

left liberals who are suddenly concerned about the powers of government. And they're outraged about

this or that, but they weren't outraged about something equally bad done by Obama or some other

predecessor. And what a lot of libertarians have been

doing is saying, what does the matter with you hypocrites? Why does this alarm you, but that didn't? Or why all of a

sudden conveniently do you have this principle when before you had that one? And we've been scolded by

some libertarians, you know, hey, it's more important now. If there's a

fire, it's more important to get together to put out the fire, blah, blah, blah, blah. So is it wrong,

or is there some benefit to pointing out that there may be some hypocrites at work here?

Should we forget about that and just link arms with our new friends?
