It’s no surprise that moms tend to put their nutrition on the back burner; I mean who really has time to make sure they are feeding themselves well when so many people and things are depending on them. The easiest thing to do is eat your kiddos scraps, grab a bar and a coffee in the drive through and call it a meal.    Sadly, this kind of neglect is leading so many moms to much more than fatigue, but on depletion of mineral, and vital nutrients needed to be the back bone of their families. I am so thrilled to have partnered up with Varian Hans for this incredible episode to dive in to how you can begin nourishing yourself in your motherhood.    Varian is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with over seven years of experience working in the health and culinary world. She is the founder of Varian Hans Co. and coaches mothers, female entrepreneurs, and businesswomen as they navigate their health and recovery after childbirth. She believes that mothers deserve to be well-fed and supported in every aspect of their life.
