Well, hello there, it's been a while,

about six weeks to be precise.

I've thought about the podcast each week since the last episode,

where I talked about losing my father.

But it just hasn't been the right time.

All that said I want to touch base and let you all know how I'm doing and give you a sense of where I'm at. Grief is a funny little burger. It is coming up to almost eight weeks since dad passed away and it feels like it's been an inordinate amount of time and at the same time it feels so fresh.

And I've been on quite an interesting journey over the last, let's say six weeks since the podcast.

And, um... say six weeks since the podcast. And people ask me, you know, how are you doing? Some people do actually want to know and some people don't and that is part of the human

disposition you know those people and they ask you how you're doing and then

it's like they kind of just want you to say yeah yeah, I'm fine and great, I'm brilliant.

Or even if you say that you're actually not fine, they turn around and say that you are fine and quickly gloss over it.

So I'm okay with that, you know, sort of part of life.

know your own truth about how you're doing, but to also make sure that regardless of how other people might be that you know not that you have to go and you know
