Hello there. It's been a couple of weeks and I thought about doing the podcast last week, but I realized, oh, wasn't quite ready. And actually I wasn't going to do it this week.

And then I woke up in the early hours of... and actually I wasn't going to do it this week.

And then I woke up in the early hours of this morning on what would have been my dad's 65th birthday

for which he had everybody planned a party for.

And I was laying there just thinking about

everything and nothing. I was then struck by this urge to be here on the podcast.

So I decided to roll with it and listen to myself. I don't feel like I'm

here because I feel like this pressure to be here like, oh, people are expecting a podcast.

But I think that I'm here because out of everyone who interacts with baggage reclaim in some way

podcast listeners have really had the most intimate view into what I have been

going through. And so this episode is different to the usual ones, you know, where I talk about a few different topics.
