| 0:36.6 | I have to give credit where credit was due. When we launched the first episode of the podcast, one of my co-workers Molly, the first thing she said to me was, you need to do a special wedding episode with the Royal Wee. |
| 0:49.6 | So thanks Molly. Yeah, all her idea, but a really good idea. And we're pumped to talk about this. We have a lot to say. So we're going to get try and get through our highs and lows of the week, like pretty quickly. |

| 1:10.6 | The highest that I'm leaving this week and I'm going to San Francisco for 10 days. I am going to my friend Ashley's Bachelor at Party, which is in wine country. |
| 1:20.6 | And then I'm staying in the city for a week because I used to live there and I haven't been back in almost two years and I have three of my very best friends in the world who live there. |
| 1:30.6 | I'm super excited to go spend some quality time with my San Francisco friends and go exploring around San Francisco. |

| 1:41.6 | So my high is that I am gearing up for my very first yoga retreat ever in a week. And I'm going to Cuba. So first of all, I'm so excited. Cuba has been like at the top of my travel list forever. |
| 1:54.6 | I'm very nervous about hanging out with strangers for a whole week, but I'm hoping that I make some new friends. And I mean, I really can't think of anything better than doing yoga twice a day and exploring a brand new city. |

| 2:14.6 | Oh, I was going to say updates to come next week on our trips are. |

| 2:24.6 | My low is really shallow this week. So my low is that the Bobby Brown mascara that I used to use. It's called glamorous lane through something. |
