In other words, you can determine somebody's heart or priorities by looking at their budget.

In the state of Alabama, just approved one billion dollars to build one of the most expensive

prisons in the United States.

A state that's struggling to fund education, to fund healthcare, to fund hospitals, just

a lot of billion dollars behind paying for one of the most expensive jails in world history.

Let me unpack and explain it.
